Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached and in their original condition.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, stains, or damage cannot be returned.
- Final Sale and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, ELYNOVA will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
