Refund policy

At ELYNOVA, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached and in their original condition.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, stains, or damage cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, ELYNOVA will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
